  • It’s highly recommended to read the entire manual before start using this product.
  • The SHX Mat should be always used under adult supervision.
    Never use abrasive products on the fabric (ammonia, acetone, bleach, etc)
  • In case of contact with liquids, dry the surface immediately to avoid wetting the interior. The seams are not waterproof
  • Don’t let the cable be pressed with heavy or sharp elements.
  • Do not pull the cable.
  • In case of noticed damage on the cable, disconnect it immediately.
  • There is a risk of strangulation with the cable.
  • It’s recommended to hide the cable to avoid its damage, also to avoid being obstacle in the room.

Introduction

The SHX carpet allows access to the contents of the SHX software by choosing the different boxes of the selected scene. Each of the colored tiles of the carpet has a button associated with the chosen scene.

  • Remove the wrapping from the SHX carpet trying to using appropiate tools to don’t damage the fabric. Discard the packaging responsibly.
  • If you find any damage or any of parts missing when unpacking, please contact BJLive! +34 (93) 2850437 for assistance. Any breakdown or breakage during transport must be notified within three days of receipt.
  • The SHX carpet is designed for use on floors on stable, clean and dry surfaces, not to be used on other surfaces or environments.
  • Install the extender cable from the USB port of the PC to the point where you will locate the carpet.
    Hide the excess cable to prevent it from being damaged or causing a fall.
  1. Connect the SHX Mat to a USB port of the PC.
  2. Start the SHX software on the PC.
  3. Turn the SHX Device

Once the Startup has been done:

  • Select the scene onn the SHX software which you want to work with.
  • Step on the button of the carpet you want to activate. Each button has its own programmed cell on the different scenes of the SHX software (see image bellow):

  • Clean the surface of the SHX Mat regularly to maintain maximum visual effect and good hygiene.
  • Before cleaning, disconnect the USB cable first.
  • Clean using soapy water and a soft cloth (wrung out).
  • Never use chemical or abrasive products for cleaning.
  • Carefully dry the surface and do not reconnect until after one hour.
    Periodics inspections

IMPORTANT: The product must be always used under adult supervision.

It’s recommended to do a periodic inspection, in case of detecting any anomaly, contact immediately BJLive! for assistance.

When stepping on the SHX Mat, the contents of the cell are not being activated:

  • Make sure the USB connection of SHX Mat with and its extension is Ok. Check if the cable is in good condition.
  • Check if the connection of the USB extension on the PC is Ok.
  • Check if the computer is recognizing the carpet correctly. To do this go to Windows “Device Manager” and verify if the carpet appears as a gaming device:

In case it’s not being detected, try connecting the carpet to a different USB port. If the issue persists, try restarting the PC.

  • Open the SHX application and choose a 6-button scene.
  •  Activate any of the cells on the PC to verify if the corresponding content is working properly.
  • Check on the SHX Mat if you can activate the cells.

The buttons activated on SHX Mat, do not correspond with the ones on to SHX app on the tablet:

If the activated content on SHX Mat with the ones on the current scene on the SHX Tablet, Check the app settings on the tablet:

Within the legal warranty period we agree to rectify for free by repairing or replacing defects in the product derived from defective materials or manufacturing defects.

Any unauthorised alteration or modifications to the product will void this warranty.
